グローバルに展開する金融機関の日本法人リーガル部門責任者として、戦略的なリーダーシップを発揮しませんか？本ポジションでは、日本リーガルチームの統括・再構築を行い、規制・取引関連の法務業務を担当します。APACリージョンの経営陣と連携し、ビジネスの成長を支える法的戦略の策定と規制遵守を推進する役割を担います。

主な業務内容

• 日本法人の法務チームの統括・組織再編。
• 法務チームにおいてリーダーシップを発揮し、戦略的な方向性を示すこと。
• 銀行業務、資本市場、コーポレートファイナンス取引に関する法的助言の提供、規制対応の確保。
• 経営陣・APACのリーダーに対する法的助言の提供。
• 当局対応と信頼関係を築き、規制の変化に対応した法務戦略を策定すること。
• 金融商品や各種ビジネスラインに関連する契約の作成、審査、交渉。
• 事業拡大のためのリスク戦略の策定。
• チームの部下の教育指導、法務・ガバナンスやベストプラクティスの確立

Take on a high-impact leadership role as Head of Legal, Japan, for a globally recognized financial institution. This position offers the opportunity to oversee and restructure the Japan legal team, ensuring strategic direction while navigating complex regulatory and transactional legal matters. Collaborate with senior management and APAC leadership, shaping legal strategies to support business growth and regulatory compliance.

• Lead and restructure the Japan legal team, providing strategic direction.
• Offer legal guidance on banking, capital markets, and corporate transactions.
• Act as a key legal advisor to senior management, ensuring business alignment with APAC strategies.
• Manage regulatory relationships, ensuring compliance with evolving financial regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across multiple financial products and business lines.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies while supporting expansion initiatives.
• Mentor and lead a legal team, ensuring best practices in governance and compliance.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 日本、または海外の弁護士資格
• 金融市場の経験。
• 銀行業務、資本市場、または証券の法務知識・経験。

ソフトスキル：

• 積極的にリーダーシップを発揮しつつ、必要に応じて実務も行える方・
• 経営陣や当局と信頼関係を築くコミュニケ―ション能力。

語学力：

• 日本語: ネイティブレベル。
• 英語: 流暢（国内外の法務案件を扱えるレベル）。

• Japan-qualified lawyer (Bengoshi) or foreign-qualified lawyer with deep expertise in financial markets.
