Job Description:
・Provide electrical package input to all phases of the project development
・Provide support to the development of the technical portion of the electrical package requirements including technical specifications and support supply chain and OEM engagement
・Work closely with the QA/QC team to define test and inspection requirements
・Have understanding of the Japanese standards regarding electrical offshore wind farms and market specificalities
・Lead the discussion with electrical companies, OEM, EPCI and partners
・Lead the electrical technical aspect of the bid preparation and support other technical aspects related to his/her work
・Support with drafting of RfP and ITT documentation for offshore/onshore electrical cable and equipment supply and offshore/onshore electrical installation work
・Provide bid document related electrical aspects and other relevant areas
・Lead technical verification of Electrical companies, EPCI and OEM engineering including design reviews for design, planning, construction and testing requirements considering Japanese local requirement
・Support technical queries from other project functions, particularly operations and commissioning
・Support and establish good communication with the technical team at the HQ and work on exchange of information and technical knowledge
・Capture lessons at keys stages during the package management lifecycle to continuously improve company portfolio technical knowledge

Requirements:
・Have at least 5 years of experience in the offshore industry and experience with electrical similar(preferably with at least one year in offshore renewable energy)
・Have experience and knowledge of the Japanese electrical regulations
・Being able to manage external consultants, support EPC discussions, and supply chain, primary from the technical perspective with enough understanding of contractual and budget constraints
・Have experience of and the ability to communicate and represent the interests of company with senior external stakeholders
・Being able to read Japanese technical document written in Japanese and discuss design topics with EPCI or electrical companies
