クラウドサポートエンジニアとして、オンプレミスおよびパブリッククラウド環境の導入支援、トラブルシューティング、運用サポートを担当します。システムセットアップや技術的な問い合わせ対応を行い、安定したクラウドサービスの提供に貢献するポジションです。

職務内容
- オンプレミスおよびクラウド環境（GCP、AWS、Azure）の導入・運用サポート。
- クラウドシステムのトラブルシューティングと問題解決（Tier 2対応）。
- システム設計に基づいたサーバーのセットアップ。
- クラウドインフラに関するプロジェクト管理のサポート。
- 技術ドキュメントの作成・維持。
