  • Plan, facilitate, and manage system troubleshooting training for internal engineers.
  • Prepare and configure training materials and content.
  • Create reports summarizing training outcomes.
  • Provide IT tool support, including handling inquiries and updating manuals.
  • Collaborate with different departments via email, chat, video meetings, and in-person discussions.

  • Fluent in Japanese (native level) and English (business level, TOEIC 800+).
