• トレードのプリマッチング、コンファメーションを行い、スムーズにアロケーション・決済ができるようにすること。
• クライアント、カウンターパーティ、トレーダーからの問い合わせ対応（迅速・的確に）。
• アカウント情報の維持・更新。
• トレードエクセプションの分析・解決。
• 未照合・フェイルしたトレードを関連部署、代理銀行、カウンターパーティ等と連携し積極的にマネージすること。
• 国内外の規制・社内ポリシーの遵守を徹底し、コンプライアンスを確保すること。
• トレードやアカウントのセグリゲーションを維持し、クライアントアセットを適切に管理すること。

• Handle client, counterparty, and trader inquiries, providing prompt and accurate support.

• Proactively manage unmatched and failing trades by coordinating with internal teams, agent banks, and counterparties.

• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk exposure.

必須スキル・経験

• 経験:
  • 金融期間での実務経験2年以上。
  • トレードのエクセキューション、セトルメントの専門知識。

• 日本語：流暢（社内外のコミュニケーションのため）
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル（レポーティング、海外チームとの連携のため）

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution.

• Japanese: Fluent (required for internal and external communication).
