- ライフサイエンス関連製品（医療機器・診断機器・研究用試薬など）の営業戦略立案・実行
- 営業チームの管理・指導（KPI設定・営業活動のモニタリング）
- 主要顧客（医療機関、製薬企業、研究機関）との関係構築・維持
- 競合分析・市場動向の把握と、それに基づく提案型営業の推進
- グローバル本社・他部署との協力による新規ビジネス機会の開拓
