業務内容

• パートナーとして日本のクライアントエンゲージメントをリードすること
• IT戦略およびやトランスフォーメーションについて、クライアントのCxOらに助言を行うこと
• デジタルインフラ、クラウド導入、サイバーセキュリティを最適化するITロードマップの策定・実行
• 大規模なITトランスフォーメーション・プロジェクトのオーバーサイト/マネジメント
• ビジネス・ディベロップメント活動、プロポーザル作成支援
• クライアントに革新的なソリューションを提供するため、新技術（AI、クラウド、データアナリティクス）の最新トレンドを常に把握しておくこと
• ジュニアコンサルタントの教育指導；チームのコラボレーションとパフォーマンスの促進

Partner for IT Strategy in Gaishikei Consulting Firm

Roles/Responsibilities

• As a Partner for the Japan business, lead client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on IT strategy and transformation.
• Develop and implement IT roadmaps to optimize digital infrastructure, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee and manage large-scale IT transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics) and provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering team collaboration and performance.

必須条件

• IT戦略コンサルティングまたは同等の経験10年以上
• うちマネジメント/リーダーシップ経験5年以上
• ITアーキテクチャ、クラウド技術、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の専門知識
• CxO幹部などのクライアントマネジメント実績
• ビジネス成果をドライブした実績

Required skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT strategy consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
• Proven success in managing high-level client relationships and driving business outcomes.
