業務内容

Responsible for formulating and executing operational strategies focused on Japanese equities, ensuring compliance with market regulations, and leading the operations team for efficiency and excellence.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business operational strategies aligned with Japanese equities market regulations.
• Establish and review policies to ensure compliance with Japanese securities regulations.
• Oversee and optimize operational processes specifically for Japanese stock transactions.
• Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a strong compliance framework to meet Japanese regulatory standards.
• Build and sustain relationships with Japanese market stakeholders, including exchanges and clearinghouses.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze market trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Stay updated on Japanese equities market developments to proactively refine strategies

必須条件

• 日本株を扱う証券会社におけるオペレーション、決済、清算、カストディ業務経験10年以上
• ブローカー・ディーラー、または同等の環境における、日本株のを扱ったマネジメント経験5年以上
• 英語でしっかりコミュニケ―ションがとれること
• 日本語能力（日本の金融用語含む）

Required skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, settlements, clearing, and custody in a brokerage firm specializing in Japanese equities.
• At least 5 years of management experience handling Japanese stocks in a broker-dealer or equivalent setting.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese, with knowledge of Japanese financial terminology.

Preferred skills

• Deep knowledge of Japanese equities market structure, regulations, and key stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-cultural teams in an international environment.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills with a focus on people development
