Job Description

大手外資系金融機関で幅広いプロダクトを扱う複数のチームを束ねていただきます。在宅勤務可。

業務内容

  • ミドルオフィスの各チームの統括(現物株式、貸株、上場デリバティブ、債券など)
  • ミドルオフィスの各ファンクションの統括(担保管理、投資信託、店頭デリバティブなど)、業務効率、コンプライアンス、リスク管理の確保
  • すべての金融商品およびプロセスについて、適切なカバレッジ、バックアップ、コントロール体制の確保
  • 問題の早期発見、強固なプロセスの導入、規制改正に伴うコンプライアンス対応の監督
  • マネージャーやスタッフのコーチング・メンタリング、戦略的ガイダンスの提供
  • ITシステムの改善・導入(ITチームと協力し、ビジネス、規制、業務上の要件に対応すること)
  • フロントオフィス、コンプライアンス、法務、経理財務との強固な協力関係の構築
  • オフショアチームのオーバーサイト(サービス品質管理、問題解決支援)
  • 新規ビジネスにおける実現可能性の評価や求められるプロセス改善の見極め(フロントオフィスチームや顧客と協力)

The Middle Office Operations Lead oversees multi-asset financial products, ensuring efficient trade support, risk management, and regulatory compliance while leading multiple functional teams and driving process improvements.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple middle office teams supporting Cash Equity, Stock Loan, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, Responsible for overseeing middle office functions across multiple financial products, managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management. Collateral Management, Investment Trust, and OTC Derivatives.
  • Ensure adequate coverage, backup, and control across all financial products and processes.
  • Identify potential issues, implement robust processes, and oversee compliance with regulatory changes.
  • Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentoring to managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and implement systems to meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
  • Oversee offshoring functions to maintain service quality and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate new business enablement by working with front office teams and clients to assess feasibility and required process enhancements.

Required Skills

必須条件

  • 金融業界経験8年以上

  • JSDA内部管理責任者資格保有者歓迎

Required skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Proven experience in team and people management.
  • Professional communication skills in English and Japanese.

  • JSDA Chief Control Manager qualification.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, and basic formulas).
  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
