業務内容

• プログラム・ポートフォリオの管理（ビジネス目標との整合性を確保しながら、プログラムの開始から完了まで監督すること）
• プロジェクトマネジメント・チーム内の問題解決やイノベーションの支援
• プロジェクトのロードマップの策定、リスクの管理、エクセキューションの監督（複数の関連チームの取りまとめ含む）
• ステークホルダーと協力し、プロセス最適化・業務効率化に努めること
• KPIのモニタリング、パフォーマンス分析、継続的な改善イニシアチブの推進

Roles/Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage technical acumen to support problem-solving and innovation within the project management team.
• Define project roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure seamless execution across multiple teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

必須条件

• ペースの速い環境でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験10年以上
• 複数のプログラムをマネージし、測定可能なビジネス価値を提供した実績
• 強力なリーダーシップ、ステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
• アジャイル、スクラム、その他のプロジェクトマネジメント手法の経験
• 英語上級ビジネスレベル以上

優遇条件

• Eコマース、テクノロジー、デジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトに携わった経験
• PMP、PMI-ACP、または同等の資格
• Jira、Confluence、または同様のツールを使用した実務経験
• 優れた問題解決能力と分析能力
• 高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
• 日本語ができれば尚可

Required skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs while delivering measurable business value.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Preferred skills

• Background in e-commerce, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Personal Attributes

• Fluency in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
