新規ビジネスの立ち上げとして、オペレーションプロセスの構築をリード出来るオペレーションマネージャーを新たに採用致します。
SLA口座の照会・リクエストへの対応、新規案件の立ち上げ、各種規制への対応を担当する。また、自ら率先しプロジェクトを提案し、計画し、実行する。新規案件に関しては、国内投資信託・投資一任口座に加え、SLA口座もカバーする。
■主な役割と責任
・SLA口座への照会・リクエスト対応
・新規案件・組み入れ商品導入・口座閉鎖や各種規制対応
・運用再委託先や社内他部署、業務委託先との新ファンド設定時や業務フロー変更等の交渉を含め、連携強化

・職務経験及び職務年数：資産運用会社若しくは、信託銀行での経験7年
・専門スキル：投資信託・投資顧問の、オペレーション分野で必要な規制や慣習に関する知識、経験
・専門知識：有価証券、デリバティブ、オルタナティブを含む商品知識と規制に関する深い知識
・能力：論理的思考力、コミュニケーション力、交渉力
・望ましい性格：自発的スターターであり、論理的に考え、行動できる人、また、グローバルベースで考えると同時に、ローカルベースで動ける人
・英語レベル：ビジネスレベル、電話会議にて話す、聞くことが可能なレベル
・PCレベル、その他必要なシステム、アプリケーション経験
