・事業部門、管理部門やグループ会社に対する法務コンサルティング支援（契約書の起案・レビューや一般的な企業法務案件に関するコンサルティング）
・M Aなどの企業提携案件、ライセンス導出・導入案件、その他クロスボーダー取引契約に関するプロジェクトへの参画（契約交渉を含む）
・訴訟等をはじめとする法務トラブルなどのリスク対応
他の日本企業と比べ、比較的残業時間は短い傾向にあり、夜間や休日のメールも原則として行わないようにしております。また在宅・出社のルールも部内では設けておらず、休日の取得やフレックス勤務時間の柔軟性も含めて、自由な雰囲気の職場です。

・M A、事業・株式譲渡、合弁会社設立、導出入ライセンス契約などの企業提携案件の経験
・ライフサイエンス事業における法務実務
