主な責任
ソリューション設計 & ITアーキテクチャ
スマートビルディング、IoT駆動の施設管理、および資産最適化のためのスケーラブルでセキュア、高パフォーマンスなエンタープライズITアーキテクチャを開発する。
建物管理システム（BMS）、コンピュータ化されたメンテナンス管理システム（CMMS）、統合職場管理システム（IWMS）、および施設管理支援システム（CAFM）をITエコシステムに統合・設計する。
施設関連のアプリケーションのために、マイクロサービス、API、サーバーレスアーキテクチャを定義および実装する。
デジタルツイン、AI/ML、IoTセンサーを活用して、施設管理におけるリアルタイムモニタリングと予測分析を行う。
データ管理 & 分析
IoTセンサー、スマートメーター、HVAC、セキュリティシステム、占有センサーからの施設関連データを収集、保存、分析するためのデータ駆動型ソリューションを設計する。
クラウドベースのデータレイク、データウェアハウス、リアルタイムストリーミングプラットフォーム（AWS Redshift、Azure Synapse、Google BigQuery、Snowflake）を実装する。

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (IT & Data Management) with expertise in Enterprise IT Architecture, Cloud Computing, IoT, AI/ML-driven Analytics, and Smart Facilities. The ideal candidate must be Japanese Native or Bilingual (JLPT N1/N2 preferred) and have experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions for facility management, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives.The role requires hands-on experience with big data management, cybersecurity, AI/ML-powered analytics, digital twins, and cloud-native architectures to optimize facility operations, automate workflows, and enhance sustainability. The candidate must also be proficient in Japanese (written and verbal) to communicate with local and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & IT Architecture

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise IT architectures for smart buildings, IoT-driven facility management, and asset optimization.

Architect and integrate Building Management Systems (BMS), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems), and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) into IT ecosystems.

Define and implement microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures for facilities-related applications.

Leverage digital twins, AI/ML, and IoT sensors for real-time monitoring and predictive analytics in facility management.

Data Management & Analytics

Design data-driven solutions for collecting, storing, and analyzing facility-related data from IoT sensors, smart meters, HVAC, security systems, and occupancy sensors.

Implement cloud-based data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Snowflake

Strong expertise in Enterprise IT Architecture, Cloud Computing, Data Engineering, and IoT Solutions.

Hands-on experience in Data Management, Data Lakes, ETL Pipelines, and Real-time Analytics.

Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud solutions.

Expertise in IoT platforms, smart building technologies, and edge computing solutions.

Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, Golang, C#) and API development.

Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) for predictive maintenance.

Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).

Knowledge of data security, encryption, IAM, and cybersecurity best practices.

Experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
