Description

• Develop new WTB/WTW products to drive sustained growth.
• Gather Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to inform product planning.
• Build and manage an 18-24 month product pipeline.
• Lead product development projects, coordinating with engineers, project managers, factories, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Utilize product development tools such as Fusion (Polarion/TeamCenter) for efficient execution.
• Perform financial analysis and contribute to strategic business decisions.
