• SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO)に関するSAP導入/開発/サポート業務のプランニングと実行を担当。
• クライアントの要件を理解し、ソリューション、機能仕様を提供し、それに従ってシステムを構成する。
• 伝えるべきブループリントのプレゼンテーション/ワークショップデッキを作成し、クライアントに提示できる能力。
• クライアントの提案するビジネスプロセスについて、Microsoft Visioでプロセスフローを作成できる。
• 提供するソリューションのプロセス定義書/設計書（PDD）およびビジネスプロセス手順書（BPP）を作成する能力。
• SAP FI-CO (Finance and Controlling)を設定し、クライアントの標準および要件に準拠したワークプロダクト/パッケージを提供する能力。
• 財務および会計における強力なコンフィギュレーションの実務経験。
• FI-COモジュールと他のSAPモジュールや外部アプリケーションとの統合

• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regarding SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO).
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
• Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
• Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio for the client’s proposed business processes.
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
• Ability to configure SAP FI-CO (Finance and Controlling) and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.
• Strong configuration hands on experience in Finance and Controlling.
• Integration of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and with external applications.

• 導入時にソリューションマネージャーを使用
• SAPカントリーインディアバージョン（CIN）のコンフィギュレーションとアプリケーションの経験
• SD、MM、PS、HRなど他のモジュールとの統合に携わった経験
• ネットウィーバーコンポーネントに関するトレーニング/認識
• チームリーダー経験があれば尚可
• ALE/IDOCまたはEDI/IDOCのようなインターフェイスの経験があり、技術的な知識が浅い方

Qualification:

• SAP RAR (revenue accounting and reporting) experience specializing in design, configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or BRIM.
• To full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module including RAR migration experience.
• Detail understanding of order-to-cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM process, IFRS 16, COPA and Revenue Recognition process.
• Knowledge of BRF+ is highly desired.
• Experience in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD and FI/CO.
• Needs to be proficient in Japanese and English. Knowledge on Japan language translation.
• Familiar with Japan local compliance, tax requirements

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience /Certification on Simple Finance will be added advantage
• SAP Certification on FI-CO Module
• Used Solution Manager in the implementation
• Experience in SAP Country India Version (CIN) configuration and applications
• Worked on integration with other modules like SD, MM, PS, HR
• Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components
• Team Leading Experience would be added advantage
• Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
