Position:                     Hotel Manager

Salary:                        80,000 – 100,000 THB / month 

Welfares:                    Service Charge and others benefit                 

Location:                    Pattaya Chonburi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining P&L cost and expenses within budget.

• Ensuring employees work productively and develop professionally.

• Recruitment and training of new employees with help from the HR department.

• Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance.

• Directing and executing the employee assessment process.

• Preparing the regular reports for upper management.

• Reporting regularly to upper management.

• Providing solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).

• Ensuring staff follow health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in management level in hotel’s business.

• Experienced in Hotel Manager/ Operation Manager/ Executive Assistant Manager/ Residence Manager or Asst. Manager level is welcome

• Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.

• Good communication in English
