Position: QA Manager (Automotive)
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB / month
Welfares: Bonus, Position Allowances, Transportation Allowances and others
Location: Amatanakorn, Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday (Saturday per company’s calendar)
Responsibilities:
Manage, Control, Motivate, and Coach: Lead the QA team to achieve goals in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, supporting global standards and Lean Manufacturing to improve business results.
Overall QA Management: Ensure full execution of all services delivered to customers, monitoring overall QA performance, and formulating improvement actions to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Key Success: Continuously improve quality across all systems.
Support Business Planning: Involvement in budget, continuous improvement, and cost-saving measures.
Monitor Quality Standards: Implement the quality built-in process concept.
Documentation and Audits: Prepare documents and conduct internal audits and management reviews in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 17025.
Reporting: Report on system preparation and needed improvements to management.
Policy Communication: Ensure the customer needs are communicated throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Plastics, Materials, PE, or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in the automotive or plastic industry.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Strong relationship-building, supervisory skills, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of IATF 16949, QMR, APQP, and PPAP.
