人工衛星製造におけるプロジェクトの進捗の確認ステークホルダーとの連絡調整、必要物品の納期管理によるスケジュール最適化

小型衛星と関連コンポーネントの設計・製造、打ち上げのアレンジメント、打ち上げ後の軌道上における運用支援、衛星ソリューションの提供しています。職務内容
・PMOチームのタスク管理、PMO責任者のアシスタント
・ファシリテーションス
・課題, ToDo, Risk, 品質, 障害管理。アジェンダ~議事録作成 および 付帯資料・報告資料作成〜管理/報告。
・プロジェクト予算/実績管理・調整業務 例）他部署への工数算出資料提供〜工数管理、承認依頼業務など。
・ステークホルダー（他部署/グループ各社）とのコミュニケーション〜調整業務。（社内各所：各領域の開発者、オペレーション等/社外グループ各社：ビジネスチーム他）
条件・待遇
ポジション名：PMO
勤務時間：9：00〜18：00 ※海外メンバーとのやり取りもあり、残業発生可能性あり
勤務：平日勤務、土日祝休み。
期間：長期 （1年以上）
