• ハイテク・プラクティスの戦略の立案実行
• カバレッジ：ハイテク、半導体、電機
• 日本のハイテク・セクターの主要顧客（CxO、部門長等）との強固な関係の構築維持
• ハイテク業界における成長機会の見極め、事業開発イニシアチブの推進
• ハイテクの業界動向、規制変更、新技術の動向の把握
• ハイテク・プラクティスのマネジメント、優秀なコンサルタントの採用育成

Confidential Partner role to cover Hi-Tech, Semi-con, and Electronics Industries

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Hi-Tech consulting practice
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) in the Hi-Tech industry in Japan
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth within the Hi-Tech sector.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the Hi-Tech sector.
• Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the Hi-Tech practice

必須条件

• ハイテク業界の経営コンサル、ITコンサル、または営業経験
• または、IT企業/ハイテク企業におけるリーダーシップ経験
• 日本の主要ハイテク企業の経営幹部との人脈
• 日本のハイテク企業を顧客とする大型案件の獲得実績、およびコンサルティング／デリバリー実績

Required skills

• Experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Sales focused on the Hi-Tech Industry, or as a Leadership member in a technology company
• Strong relationships with executives in key Hi-Tech client accounts in Japan
• Experience winning large deals with Hi-Tech clients in Japan and managing consulting execution/delivery
