大手ホテル予約サイトのカスタマーサポートとして、旅行者の快適な宿泊体験をサポートする業務です。日本人のお客様対応が中心ですが、海外ホテルとの調整業務も含まれるため、英語スキルを活かす機会があります。
■主な業務内容:
・電話・メール・チャットを通じたお客様対応
・予約の変更、料金の支払い、キャンセル・払い戻しの手続き
・日本国内および海外のホテルとの連絡・調整
