仕事内容:
・オンボーディングセッションの実施:新規顧客へのサービス導入支援
・ユーザーヒアリング;ニーズを把握しサービス改善に努める
・データ活用による改善提案;分析し営業成果向上に努める
・NRR(Net Revenue Retention)の拡大施策の企画実行;顧客の継続利用を促進し契約更新や追加利用獲得を目指す
・プロダクトマネージャーとの仕様調整、実装優先度の調整;ユーザーの声を製品仕様に反映しプロダクト改善を促進
応募要件:
・第二新卒可
・IT製品分野での営業経験(あれば歓迎)
・英語力(日常会話レベル)
・企業の新興国事業支援に興味のある方
