【主な業務内容】
•勤怠管理や締業務
•人事データ管理
ーデータの更新
ー月次/四半期/年次レポートの作成など
・給与対応
・インセンティブのデータの作成
・グループ会社のHRの方が作成する変動データの確認
・先月からの変動確認、入退社、異動、インセンティブ など
・社労士事務所から挙がってくる給与データのチェック
※Financeに送る仕分けデータの作成業務はグループ会社のHRで作成します。
•社員からの問い合わせ対応や社員への状況確認（例えば扶養情報 など）
•入社／退社 手続き対応 など
【参考情報】
•勤怠のチェックや給与データのシェアードサービス向けの準備・データ確認に関しては大体3~4営業日/月くらい
•社会保険系の社員への問い合わせ回答や勤怠のシステムの設定の修正依頼
