Job Description
ご紹介先は日本・ベトナム・カンボジアに支店を持つ内装デザイン会社の子会社です。大手日系企業様のオフィスから新設のカフェやレストランなど、内装設計を手掛ける場所は多岐に渡ります。
この度、事業好調のため増員募集を行います。
【仕事内容】
内装デザインに関わる設計・施工管理の一連の業務を行っていただきます。
＜具体的には＞
・お客様とのお打合せ
・現場調査
・レイアウト、図面、プレゼンテーション資料の作成
・見積り
・契約締結
・現場確認
・引き渡し 等
※ベトナム国内(全土)のみではなく、バンコクの案件も出張ベースでございます。
【給与】
月給：Gross 2,000USD～ 2,500USD
※経験や知識により決定します。
※給与支給はVNDにてお支払いします。
※試用期間：60日間（その間の月給は基本月給×85%）
【賞与・昇給】
賞与：年1回
【諸手当】
・帰国手当あり
（労働本契約～1年間を経て年1回の日本行往復航空券補助あり）
・業務で使用する携帯代
（労働本契約～1年間を経て会社負担切り替えあり）
【福利厚生】

Required Skills
＜必須条件＞
・四年制大学卒業
・内装会社、設計事務所、住宅会社、家具会社等での設計、施工管理の経験3-5年
・スキル：CAD（JWW／Vectorworks／AutoCAD）、Photoshop、Illustrator等
＜歓迎条件＞
・英語、ベトナム語が出来る方歓迎
