Job Description
You will be responsible for one of the four categories (skincare, haircare, bodycare, fragrance) and be involved in general marketing activities, mainly focusing on skincare and haircare.

Description
- Development of key visuals and copy for promotions, creation of DM and other promotional materials.
- Planning, execution, and management of sales promotion plans.
- Formulating and executing medium-to-long-term product strategies based on the global headquarters' direction and Japan's marketing intentions.
- Analyzing market and sales trends, reviewing the results of various promotions, and conducting effectiveness evaluations.
- Collaborating with the global headquarters to develop products and formulate sales plans.
