資格

• ドメイン経験： 10-15年の自動車業界経験（ADAS、IVI、自動車照明）
• 自動車領域（コックピット、IVI、ADAS、BCM、パワートレインシステム等）での実務経験
• システムオブインタレスト、システム定義、第一原理アプローチに基づくシステム設計、詳細なシステム分析、安全コンセプトの理解。
• ステークホルダーのニーズを収集し、システムブラックボックスバウンダリ、ビヘイビア図、ステートマシン図などを用いて、機能要件、非機能要件、インターフェース要件に変換した経験がある。
• 機能分解図、機能モニタリングスコープ図、アクティビティ＆シーケンス図、システム要素構造図、システム要素アーキテクチャ図などを用いて、ステークホルダーの要求をシステムレベル要件に分解した経験がある。
• システム要件を満たすために、さまざまなハードウェアおよびソフトウェアコンポーネント間の相互作用と通信を考慮し、それらを車両全体のアーキテクチャにシームレスに統合することを定義する包括的なシステムアーキテクチャの作成経験。
• 要件文書、設計仕様書、テスト報告書、技術プレゼンテーションなどの詳細なシステム文書の作成経験。
• 要件トレーサビリティと、定義された検証基準を使用したシステムアーキテクチャ要素のマッピングをよく理解している。
• システムエンジニアリングツールチェーン（IBM DOORs NG、EWM、Rhapsody、その他Polarion、JIRA、EA、System Composer）の経験があれば尚可。

日本語： 流暢な日本語レベル(N1)、ビジネスレベルの英語力必須

Qualifications:

• Domain Experience: 10-15 Years of Automotive ( ADAS , IVI , Automotive Lighting)
• Hand on experience in automotive domain – Cockpit, IVI, ADAS, BCM and Powertrain Systems etc.
• Good understanding of System of Interest, system definition and system design based on first principles approach, detailed system analysis and safety concepts.
• Experienced in gathering stakeholder needs and translating these in functional, non-functional and interface requirements using system black box boundary, behavior and state machine diagrams etc.
• Experienced in decomposition of stakeholder requirements in System level requirements using functional decomposition diagrams, function monitoring scope diagrams, activity & sequence diagrams, system element structure diagram, system element architecture diagrams etc.
• Experienced in creation a comprehensive system architecture that defines considering the interaction and communication among different hardware and software components to meet system requirements and integrating them seamlessly into the overall vehicle architecture.
• Experienced in creation of detailed system documentation including requirements documents, design specifications, test reports, and technical presentations.
• Good understanding of Requirements Traceability & system architecture element mapping using defined validation criteria
• Experienced in System Engineering Toolchain – IBM DOORs NG, EWM & Rhapsody and others Polarion, JIRA, EA and System Composer will be added advantage. 

Japanese Languages: Fluent level Japanese(N2) and business level English required
