資格
- 他のFIデータ移行コンサルタントをリードし、それぞれのDM活動をサポートできる方。
- リコンサイル（試算表、財務諸表）および会計入力に精通した財務および会計に精通した方。
- SAP FIに関する深い知識（AP、AR、GL、資産）とSAP CO（プロフィットセンター、コストセンター、材料元帳）を理解していること。すべてのSAP FIサブモジュールを理解していることが必須。
- ロジスティクスとファイナンスの統合とそのレポーティングへの影響を理解していること。
- S/4HANA経験者優遇。
- 優れたコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、ステークホルダー管理（グローバルGT、EMDMチーム、ローカルビジネス等）。
バイリンガル要件： 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
Qualifications
- Able to lead and support the other FI Data Migration Consultants in their respective DM activities.
- Strong finance and accounting background with expertise in reconciliation (trial balance, financial statements) and accounting entries.
- Deep SAP FI knowledge (AP, AR, GL, Assets) and solid SAP CO understanding (Profit Center, Cost Center, Material Ledger). Understanding in all SAP FI submodules is a must.
- Understands logistics-finance integration and its reporting impact.
- Proficient in New General Ledger with Document Splitting; S/4HANA experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management (Global GT, EMDM Team, Local Business, etc).
- Bilingual requirements: Native level Japanese, Business Level English
