Company and Job Overview
Management of Daily Activities of Accounting, Closing Work on Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis, reporting Financial Results to Management / Shareholders and responding to Audit Process.
Management of GHQ’s Singapore Tax Compliance (including CIT / GST / WHT) and International Tax Matters.
Streamline the current Accounting Process / Rules / Policies / Systems and Improving activities for the better Tax Managements.
Providing the Accounting / Tax supports and consultations for Internal Stakeholders including new projects (e.g. M&A).
Job Requirements
Extensive knowledge of IFRS and ERP / Accounting System handling experience (SAP is preferable). Strong knowledge of CIT, GST and WHT as the industrial player.
Hands-on experience for the above areas of accounting or tax management.
Working and managing the above areas of works with external accounting auditors and tax advisors.
Appreciate the knowledge of accounting treatment for M&A and Japanese CFC and BEPS.
N1 level Japanese language skills (for reporting and communication with Japan HQ)
Business level English (for internal and external communication in the course of business)
Required more than 7 year of team management experience in corporate accounting. Or required relevant tax actual experience preferably with industrial experience or accounting audit-related experiences at least 7 years.
