Job Description
- Responsible for designing, constructing, maintaining, and optimizing wastewater treatment plants
- Ensuring that discharged effluent meets environmental regulations by utilizing various treatment processes like sedimentation, filtration, and biological degradation
- Monitoring operations, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and sustainability
- Conduct site assessments to determine wastewater characteristics and treatment requirements.
- Manage maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and methods
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Possess certifications in CePSWAM and CePIETSO
