Set up business plan for accelerating the brand’s/company’s growth.
Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Build and maintain relationships with the government, landlords, suppliers, and all related parties.
Set operating goals and objectives. Including propose a potential site acquisition.
Hire key positions in the country for some field of expertise
Prepare and implement standard operating procedures.
Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen and restaurant.
Having a minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverages industry
Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Must have working experience in fast-food such as KFC, McDonald’s, Jollibee, Lotteria, Pizza Hut...
Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and inform strategic decisions
