Job Location: Chennai 

 

Job Overview: Looking for a candidate carrying minimum 3 years of experience in the trading or logistics industry with proven experience in operation control, shipment arrangement, customer support management, etc. 

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Supervise and direct import operations, guaranteeing adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.

  • Monitor and organize shipments to ensure the timely and precise delivery of goods.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Oversee monthly and annual sales activities.

  • Administer inventory management.

  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure seamless operations and compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Manage customs clearance procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted punctually.

  • Develop and oversee client quotations, ensuring competitive and precise pricing.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance communication and coordination.
