Job Overview: Looking for a candidate carrying minimum 3 years of experience in the trading or logistics industry with proven experience in operation control, shipment arrangement, customer support management, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct import operations, guaranteeing adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
Monitor and organize shipments to ensure the timely and precise delivery of goods.
Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Oversee monthly and annual sales activities.
Administer inventory management.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure seamless operations and compliance with contractual obligations.
Manage customs clearance procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted punctually.
Develop and oversee client quotations, ensuring competitive and precise pricing.
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance communication and coordination.
