Job Description
Location - Bawal
- The candidate should have hands on experience to lead QMS (ISO13485 or ISO 9001 related standards such like IATF16949) in the plant through internal and external audits periodically.
- It is better to have EMS / OHSAS experience, too. The candidate will be responsible for the Quality of Hospital Beds and Accessories supplied to customer.
- Handling of customer complaints and close timely with root cause analysis
- MIS on customer complaints & actions
- Data management of complaints in Kinton software
- Process and final stage quality assurance of assembled products.
- Interact with Sales/ service team to identify opportunities to improve quality and establish feedback with manufacturing.
- Analyse repetitive in line quality and final quality issues and ensure corrective measures have been taken to avoid further issues.
- Monitoring of Medical device regulation i.e. MDR and BIS Regulations.
- Upgrade Quality Lab Testing facilities and infrastructure to cater Quality assurance of Products.
