Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Narsapura Industrial Area , Kolar distt. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation & Projects: Carry out automation tasks and work on projects assigned by superiors.
• Documentation & Scheduling: Ensure all related activities and installations are documented and scheduled properly.
• Process Flow & Execution: Design and execute process flow plans from manufacturing to production lines.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and resolve machine problems, updating and repairing as needed.
• Component Selection & Costing: Select appropriate components, create costing, and oversee marketing costs.
• PLC & HMI Development: Develop and test PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and ensure seamless integration.
• Network Equipment Usage: Understand and use network-related equipment for automation requirements.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and attend training programs.
• Safety & Environment: Provide a safe working environment and prevent electricity-induced accidents.
• Purchasing & Supervision: Oversee the purchase of electrical fittings and components.
• Project Supervision: Supervise electrical works for new projects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support & Commissioning: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical design issues.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain high standards for housekeeping, safety, and a safe working environment.
• Additional Tasks: Handle other activities assigned by superiors based on organizational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Preferred working experience in electrical maintenance within the manufacturing/automation industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical circuit drawing, panel wiring, and working with RLC, sensors, thermocouples, motors, starters, VFDs, servos, and networking.
• PLC & HMI: Strong experience in developing and troubleshooting PLC ladder diagrams (Mitsubishi) and HMI design.
• Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizing abilities.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in challenging conditions, including hot and dirty environments.
