Requirements:

• Extensive Financial Statement Compilation: Proficient in compiling comprehensive financial statements, including responding to accounting audits and executing necessary procedures such as general meetings. Experience in handling consolidated financial statements for the Japanese headquarters is essential.

• Tax Filing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in filing various taxes, including personal income tax, corporate tax, and GST.

• Factory Accounting Acumen: Familiarity with accounting practices for both manufacturing and sales functions.

• GST and Import/Export Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting and tax regulations related to GST and import/export activities.

• Preferential Tax Systems and Incentives: Knowledge of preferential tax systems and incentives, such as MOWR.

• Expatriate Tax and Benefits: Expertise in tax and employee benefits (social insurance, pensions, etc.) for Japanese expatriates.

• Corporate Documentation: Proficiency in preparing essential corporate documents, including transfer pricing documentation.

• Board of Directors and Company Registration: Knowledgeable about board of directors' responsibilities and company registration processes.

• Audit Handling: Experience in managing both internal and external audits.

• Cash Flow and Capital Management: Competence in cash flow management and capital increase procedures.

• Financial Institution Liaison: Skilled in handling interactions with financial institutions
