- AWSクラウドアプリケーションのサポート、運用、インフラサポート
- タイムリーな解決のためのクライアントやチームとの調整
- ドキュメンテーション、テンプレート作成、パッチ適用、モニタリング、コスト削減、脆弱性、セキュリティ対策の実施
- サポートチケットの維持とクローズ
- テスト計画の作成、レビュー、承認、テスト
