・プロジェクト管理 (スケジュール設定、関係者管理など)

・要件の明確化、プロジェクトの方向性を決定し、エンジニアリング チームとのコミュニケーションを円滑にします。

・クライアントリレーションのリーダーとして、社内外/国内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションや交渉を行います。

・バックログ管理、業務改善、運用管理

Required Skills

・プロジェクト管理の3年以上の実務経験

・複数のプロジェクトに並行して取り組んだ経験

・週5日のオフィス出社可能であること

・PowerPoint/Excelの実務経験 (MOS上級レベルを有すること)

・エンジニアとプロジェクトを遂行し、要件を明確にし、指示し、エンジニアと詳細に協力した経験

・スクリプト言語 (Pyhon, Shellなどの開発言語を指す) の実装経験が2年以上あること

・正規表現を使用した実務経験が2年以上あること

・3つ以上のテーブルをJoinするSQLを作成できること (ORACLE MASTER Silverレベルを有すること)

・国内外のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力

・論理的かつ柔軟なコミュニケーションスキル
