- 業務要件の収集・分析、システム改善の提案、開発チームへの要件伝達
- EDIプロバイダー・3PLとの調整およびコミュニケーション対応
- 課題のエスカレーションおよびビジネス・開発チームへの説明
- SIT・UAT・Go Liveの進行管理とスケジュール遵守の支援
