本職では、オペレーションセンターの管理業務とチーム管理をお任せします。
- オペレーションセンター管理部門のマネジメント
- オペレーションセンター運営を行う責任者と連携した事業運営に伴う管理部門業務全般
- - 生産管理およびKPI管理のための集計作業や報告
- - 発注管理業務
- - 派遣会社等の人事に係る折衝など
