As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll audit labeling processes, ensure accuracy, and support team improvements. This role requires bilingual skills and collaboration with global teams while reviewing sensitive content.

- Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify errors and trends, providing constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with BPO teams and trainers to enhance quality standards
- Assist in onboarding new hires, helping them meet performance goals
- Address quality-related inquiries and provide policy clarification
- Work closely with Safety Specialists to refine workflows and processes
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while reviewing sensitive content
- Communicate effectively with both Japanese and international teams
