仕事概要
Zpeerの事業拡大に伴い、将来CFOを担っていただくことを視野に、財務会計を中心とする経営企画・管理を担当していただける方を募集しています。
このポジションでは、主に財務会計や資金調達、経営企画・管理業務を担当していただきます。
以下の具体的な業務を行っていただきます。
財務会計を中心とする経営管理
会社運営の根幹をなす財務や会計に関す業務を、社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら主体的に推進していただきます。
また、資金調達に関する業務も代表取締役と連携して担当いただきます。
事業計画の作成や会社の方針策定などの経営企画
会社の方針策定に主体的に関与し、事業計画の策定などを担っていただきます。
その他バックオフィス業務全般
会社運営に必要なバックオフィス業務について、既存の人事労務担当や財務会計担当と協力しながら推進していただきます。
想定年収： 700万円〜1,400万円 ※ 面談を通じてスキル等をもとに決定

- 公認会計士資格
- 動物医療にご興味やご経験をお持ちの方
