A renowned luxury fashion company is seeking a Financial Controller. The successful candidate will manage daily accounting operations and reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

A global luxury fashion company. The company specialises in ready-to-wear apparel for both men and women, including denim, shoes, accessories, and clothing. Operating globally with a number of stores through distribution channels and wholesale partners.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including general ledger entries and reporting
• Oversee and support external accounting partners
• Ensure adherence to company accounting and reporting policies
• Prepare internal monthly and yearly reports and assist auditors
• Enhance internal reporting processes and policies
• Manage VAT and other statutory reporting
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
• More than 5 years of experience as an accountant, financial controller (international is ideal)
• Experience in retail or eCommerce
• Prior experience with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365) is a plus
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent level English
