Description
チャットログの抽出および評価の実施
製品パフォーマンスの分析と実用的なインサイトの提供
ビジネスユニット（BUs）との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じ、データニーズを理解し、最適なソリューションを提供
高品質な生成AI評価セットを作成するため、アノテーターのトレーニングおよび指導
ユーザーの課題を理解し、データを活用した改善提案を行う
ダッシュボードの作成および品質変動（ドリフト）のモニタリング指標の定義
必要に応じたプロンプトエンジニアリングの実施による生成AIのパフォーマンス向上
