Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks to contribute positively to performance metrics. Provide training to waitstaff to help them succeed.
• Continuously update your knowledge of banquet and wedding-related services to build guest trust and enhance your own sense of achievement.
• Develop a deep understanding of Winning Ways and integrate them into your professional conduct.
• Follow proper grooming standards and serve as a role model for waitstaff.
• Use energy efficiently and proactively identify areas of inefficiency or waste, suggesting improvements to supervisors.
• Conduct routine checks on outlet cleanliness and inventory using checklists, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Stay informed about local recommendations to provide guests with unique IN THE KNOW experiences. Share knowledge and best practices with junior staff.
• Perform health and safety checks according to established procedures and promptly address any issues.
• Train junior staff to handle similar responsibilities and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary. Adapt to urgent tasks and collaborate as a team when required.

  日常の業務内容

• 業務の効率化と正確性を意識し、成果向上に貢献する。また、ウェイターにも成功体験を促す指導を行う。
• 宴会やウェディングに関する基礎知識を常にアップデートし、お客様からの信頼を得られるよう努める。
• ブランドの理念を深く理解し、日々の業務の中で実践する。
• 身だしなみの基準を遵守し、周囲の模範となるよう心がける。
• 業務の中で発生する無理や無駄を意識し、改善点があれば上司へ提案する。
• チェックリストを活用し、施設の清掃状況や備品の管理状況を確認し、必要に応じて上司に報告する。
• 地域の情報をアップデートし、お客様に特別な体験を提供できるよう努める。また、得た知識や成功事例をチーム内で共有する。
• 安全衛生基準に基づくチェックを実施し、問題があれば迅速に対応する。
• 後輩スタッフが同様の業務を遂行できるよう教育を行い、必要に応じて上司と相談する。チームとして協力が必要な場合は、柔軟に対応する。

• Possess a higher education qualification and at least two years of practical experience or specialized training.
• Have an English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 400 or above.
