・Macbook含むiOSに関する基本的な知識、実際のサポート経験がある方が望ましい
・リモート会議ツール（Slack、Google、Zoom、Teams、Skype、Webex アプリケーション等）ユーザーサポートの経験
・ビデオ会議室関連のサポートと立ち合いの経験 (Google Meet、Zoom、または関連ツール
