１． 海外事業戦略の検討・立案
２． 海外事業会社の経営管理
３． 新規海外プロジェクトの立案・事業性検討・推進
４． 上記に関わる海外のパートナー会社・社内外関係者との調整・交渉業務 他
参考：主要海外事業会社：米CSI、タイTCR TCS、ベトナムFHS、韓国 東国製鋼
パートナー会社：印JSW Steel、米Nucor、独thyssenkrupp
