■職務概要:
日本の製品開発責任者に直属し、アリスタ ライフサイエンスのポートフォリオを収益的に拡大するための製品を開発します。 技術的な問い合わせ
で販売およびマーケティング組織を支援することでアリスタの既存のポートフォリオをサポートし、マーケティング目標をサポートする技術的能力
を提供し、既存の登録とラベルを拡大するために日本国内での開発活動を調整します。 アジアBUおよびグローバル組織の他のメンバーと緊密に連
携して、主要製品の開発作業を調整し、必要に応じて新しいイノベーションに関する情報を共有します。 市場を理解し、共同で合意した計画と優
先事項を策定し、それらが開発プログラムに確実に反映されるようにします。 競合製品についての認識を維持し、定期的に分析を更新し、マーケ
ティング チームにアドバイスを提供します。
職務上の責任 :
・新しい有効成分（AI）および新製品の開発を主導し、既存製品の拡張/保守も担当します。
・AI が機能することを証明 ・ 結果は期待を裏付ける
・開発テストを調整し説明責任を負い、情報の伝達、トレーニング、製品の安全な使用と取り扱いが確立されていることを保証します。
・承認されたラベルに固有のレートとタイミングを定義する
・主要な機能サポートチームとプロジェクトのスケジュールを確立するための適切な活動を主導する
・開発予算の設定と管理
・製品分析を含む、割り当てられた製品ポートフォリオに対する技術的な入力と推奨事項
・製品残留物プログラムの開発と実施に対する責任
・開発プログラムをサポートするためのサンプルリクエストを監督および管理する
・会社の目標をサポートする新しいテクノロジーを特定/理解/優先順位付けする
・請負業者と明確な関係を確立し、請負業者および他の外部協力者と戦略的パートナーシップを構築し、外部リソースを最適に活用します。
・既存製品の効果を最大限に高めるためのプログラム、特にIPMを確立する
・政府研究費の導入に向けた調整
・特許の作成と出願
JOB SUMMARY :
Reporting to the head of Product development Japan develop products to profitably expand the portfolio of Arysta LifeScience. Support
Arysta’s existing portfolio by assisting the sales and marketing organization with technical inquiries deliver the technical capability to
support marketing objectives and the coordination of development activities within Japan to expand existing registrations and labels. Work
closely with other members of Asia BU and Global organization to coordinate development efforts on key products and share information on
new innovations as applicable. Understand the market and develop jointly agreed plans and priorities and ensure these are reflected in the
development program. Maintain an awareness of competitor products ・ regularly update an analysis and provide advice to the marketing
team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
・Responsible for leading development of new Active Ingredients （AI） and new products and also expansion/maintenance of existing
products.
・Prove AI works ・ results support expectations
・Coordinate and accountability for development testing and insure that the transfer of information training safe use and handling of
products is established
・Define rates and timing specific to approved label
・Lead appropriate activities to establish project time lines with key functional support teams
・Establishing and managing development budgets
・Technical input and recommendations for assigned product portfolio including product analysis
・Accountable for product residue program development and implementation
・Oversee and manage sample requests to support the development program
・Identify/understand/prioritize new technologies to support company goals
・Establish clear relationships with contractors and build strategic partnerships with them and other external collaborators making optimal
use of external resources.
・Establish program especially IPM to maximize efficacy of existing products
・Coordinate to introduce governmental research funds
・Draw up and apply patent

必要なスキル/経験 :
・農学の学位。
・昆虫学、植物病理学、雑草科学、または農学の修士号を取得していることが望ましい。
・5 年以上の現場開発経験と開発試験作業の管理経験。
