The company is actively using AI technology in its product development, and offers AI-related functions in its GENIEE SFA/CRM and GENIEE CHAT products, such as automatic summarization of minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT, to help customers improve their business efficiency and productivity.

Under these circumstances, the group established a new subsidiary, JAPAN AI Corporation, on April 11, 2023, to further promote implementation consulting, product provision, and R&D related to AI technology.

JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. is developing and providing various AI products to improve the productivity of Japanese companies and revitalize industries, with the Purpose of "handing down Japan and leapfrogging the potential of workers with AI". They are looking for someone who can be in charge of prompt engineering for the in-house product JAPAN AI Chat and the new PoC development to respond to a wide variety of requests.

【Responsibilities】
The company is a fast-growing startup looking for a full-stack engineer.
Responsible for product development of SaaS products utilizing Generative AI, designing and building highly efficient and reusable systems and supporting complex web applications.

[Specifically]
LLM-based product development: Develop products that leverage large-scale language models (LLMs).
API integration projects: We are responsible for projects that integrate multiple APIs and generate new APIs.
Design and implementation: Design and implement with performance and maintainability in mind.
Web application development: Work on web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, etc.

【MUST】
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field required.
Experience in developing web application development using modern frameworks : 3+ years
Experience in server-side implementation : 2+ years
Experience implementing in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, etc.)
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
English and Japanese (Fluent *business level in either is acceptable)

Experience in SaaS web application development
Experience designing and building large and complex architectures
Basic understanding and interest in Generative AI
