【 Job Description】

【Responsibilities】
In this position, you will lead the front-end development of the company's SaaS product that leverages Generative AI. You will be responsible for designing and building highly efficient and reusable front-end systems to support complex web applications.

【Specifically】
UI/UX design and implementation
Design and implementation of reusable UI components
Evolution and optimization of current UI
UI/UX design and improvement to enhance user experience
Technical Leadership
Lead technical decision making for front-end development
Lead team development planning and manage project progress
Develop web applications utilizing TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Scalable system design
Design and code with product scale in mind
Building design systems and driving code quality improvement
Team building and development
Support and lead the development of team members' technical skills
Ensure psychological safety within the team and create a collaborative development environment

【Development Environment】
Language: Python (Framework), TypeScript / React / Next.js (Front-end)
Infrastructure: GCP (containers / K8s), Docker
Tools: Slack, Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, GitHub, etc.
Working environment: Mac (Apple silicon), dual monitor support, in-house GPT tools and AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot available

【Support for Engineers】
・Engineers General Meeting
Once a month, all engineers (about 170 people) gather to share best practices and LT. Topics range from in-depth technical discussions to know-how on team management.

・Competitive Programming Club
The Competitive Programming Club operates as a club activity for engineers, with major monthly activities such as contests and weekly activities based on feedback competitions. The club members range from orange coder(s) to green coders.

・Subsidy for book purchases
There is a system to subsidize the purchase of books up to 60,000 per year. Many engineers purchase technical books every month.

【Required】
Working experience in modern front-end development : 3+ years
-Web application development experience using React and Next.js
Type-safe coding skills utilizing TypeScript
-Experience in development utilizing server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
-Experience with React hooks and state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Context API, etc.)
Experience leading development teams
-1+ years of experience as a leader with a proven track record of developing team members and managing projects
Understanding of UI/UX
-Experience in UI design and development using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) with an emphasis on user experience
-Experience discussing UI/UX with designers and driving product development
Awareness of code quality
Experience improving quality through code reviews and test-driven development (TDD)
Japanese (Fluent) : A level of fluency to discuss product development and customer negotiations

【Preferred】
Experience in 0-1 phase of product development
1+ years of experience in a technical leadership role such as Tech Lead
Experience working with Figma (or other design tools)
Experience in building design systems
Experience with various UI libraries
Experience in building CI/CD
