- 社内のラップトップ、デスクトップ、モバイルデバイスの技術サポート
- Microsoft 365、VPN、Active Directoryの管理およびトラブル対応
- IT資産管理のサポート（調達・展開・保守）
- チケット対応およびユーザー問い合わせの解決
- AV機器サポート、セキュリティパッチ適用、ITトレーニングの実施
