- 様々なチームと協力してプロフェッショナルサービスにおけるプロジェクトの計画、実行、監視をリードする
- プロジェクトの成果物に責任を持ち、品質を保証する一連の取り組みをリードする
- プロジェクトのリスク・課題・プロセス・成果物を評価し改善活動を推進する
