業務内容

• 関西地区（大阪・名古屋）のミッド〜ラージキャップの日系商業銀行を担当
• クライアント・リレーションシップのマネジメント
• DCMからコーポレート・ファイナンス、トランザクション・バンキング、FICC、その他債券関連商品まで、フルスイートを活かした提案の実施・デリバリ
• CxOとの関係の開拓、クロスセルの機会の創出
• 銀行・証券サイドのプロダクト・パートナーとの連携
• オリジネーションからエグセキューションまで、ビジネスのフルサイクルを担当すること
• ディールチームを補佐し、資金調達やコーポレートファイナンスの機会をシームレスに実行すること

Global Corporate & Investment Bank looking to hire a talented IBD Coverage Banker with focus on Kansai mid-to-large corporate clients , for business expansion.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with mid-to-large cap commercial banking clients in Japan, focusing on Kansai Area (Osaka, Nagoya);
• Deliver a full suite of banking solutions , from DCM Capital Markets to Corporate Finance, Transaction Banking , FICC and other debt related products;
• Building and strengthening relationship with ""C"" suited stakeholders, with main focus of identifying cross-selling opportunities;
• Working in tandem with product partners both in the bank as well as in the securities side;
• Looking after full origination to execution business cycles, representing the bank with the whole portfolio of clients from Kansai area;
• Support deal teams to execute financing and corporate finance opportunities seamlessly.

必須条件

• IBD、コーポレートファイナンス、投資銀行の経験
• 卓越した分析力
• コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力

優遇条件

• 関西地方の日系ブローカーディーラーでの経験があれば尚可
